Developers can now target feature flags at Users in addition to Organizations. In cases where a User is not a member of an Organization or if a feature needs to be more tightly scoped to a User, the Feature Flag can be targeted to them.

Developers can now target feature flags at Users in addition to Organizations. In cases where a User is not a member of an Organization or if a feature needs to be more tightly scoped to a User, the Feature Flag can be targeted to them.
What we shipped
This gives teams finer control over who sees what. User-level targeting is available alongside organization-level Feature Flags, so you can roll out or hide features for individual users when they're not in an org or when the feature needs to be scoped to a specific person.
